We treat every order with care. Because our products are artisanal and often hand-packed, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment.
Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our hands, so you can follow its journey to your home.
Order Modifications
Need to make a change? If you need to update your address or modify items, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Note: Once the packing process has begun or the package has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Damages & Issues (3-Day Guarantee)
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at aurawellshop@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Please include a photo of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days. To initiate a return, please contact us via email first. We will provide the return shipping address after confirming your request.
